Job Summary

FairPrice Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Class 4 Driver to join our team as a Mobile Truck Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Mobile Truck and store operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Mobile Truck/store for business, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand.
  • Achieve targeted relocation times for the Mobile Truck to ensure timely opening.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain neat and systematic storing of products for displaying, adhering to company standards.
  • Handle payment transactions and pack items purchased, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct daily inventory management, monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of all products, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and various ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked at the designated parking lot before daily store closure.

Requirements

  • Class 4 Driving License with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Minimum GCE N' level with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the service or retail industry.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Customer-oriented and a hands-on individual.
  • Ability to read and understand product labels.
  • 6-days work week, able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
