Warehouse Operations Director Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our integrated warehouse/factory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity, and leading a team of store and logistic personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • To lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • To identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse processes and procedures.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
