Motorcycle Rental Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Rental Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motorcycle rental business.

  • Manage the entire rental process, from customer onboarding to vehicle returns, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent customer service.

  • Oversee fleet compliance, including regular maintenance, servicing, and inspections to guarantee vehicles are roadworthy and in good condition.

  • Develop and implement efficient collection and payment systems to ensure timely payments from customers.

  • Provide exceptional rider support, handling any issues or concerns that may arise during rentals, such as accidents, breakdowns, or insurance claims.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in motorcycle rental operations, with a strong track record of managing large fleets and teams.

  • Expertise in fleet management, including vehicle inspection, maintenance, and repair.

  • Strong knowledge of collection and payment systems, including Google Sheets and CRM software.

  • Familiarity with motorcycle models commonly used for delivery and rentals, including Yamaha Aerox, Nmax, Xmax, Honda ADV150, and Wave.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
