Job Overview

The Laboratory Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of laboratory systems. This includes managing equipment, methods, and system requirements to support business continuity and data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage laboratory equipment and IT systems to ensure seamless business operations and accurate data management
  • Participate in technology transfer and laboratory equipment refresh/introduction activities to maintain state-of-the-art capabilities
  • Support long-range planning to guarantee laboratory infrastructure needs are met and data integrity plans are in place
  • Audit and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Escalate and handle laboratory events or related quality actions promptly
  • Act as a subject matter expert and participate in internal/external audits to maintain high-quality standards
  • Lead/support initiatives to enhance laboratory performance metrics

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
