Job Description

We invite applications for a Lecturer position in Structural Engineering, focusing on Computational Mechanics, Finite Element Modelling, and Structural Analysis. The successful candidate will have a PhD degree in Structural Engineering, with expertise in these areas and at least 3–5 years of university teaching experience. They will be able to teach finite element methods, computational methods, mechanics of materials, determinate and indeterminate structural analyses, and structural steel and concrete design at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Evidence of scholarship in the form of good quality journal publications will be an advantage.

Requirements
  • PhD degree in Structural Engineering
  • Expertise in Computational Mechanics, Finite Element Modelling, and Structural Analysis
  • At least 3–5 years of university teaching experience
