Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of quality control systems and procedures, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing and Implementing Quality Systems: Develop and implement quality systems in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, WSH).
  • Quality Control Planning: Update quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
  • Quality Inspections: Perform quality inspections at various stages of production/project lifecycle (e.g., incoming materials, in-process, final product/construction completion).
  • Test Result Analysis: Record and analyze test results and inspection findings.
  • Maintenance of Quality Records: Maintain accurate and detailed quality records, inspection logs, and test reports.
  • Document Control: Document non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on quality performance, trends, and issues for management.
  • Quality Documentation Management: Manage quality-related documentation (e.g., procedures, work instructions, forms).
  • CAPA Implementation: Identify and investigate the root causes of quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints. Initiate, monitor, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurrence of defects.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, Procurement) to resolve quality problems.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to QMS requirements and regulatory standards. Assist with external audits (e.g., ISO certification audits, customer audits). Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer specifications.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training to production staff or project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing and inspection equipment.
