We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to lead the installation, commissioning, and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in electrical installation and commissioning, preferably in energy storage, solar, or generator systems.

  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and integration of BESS, including electrical distribution and generator connections.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and system deployment.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis for system optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and local regulations, while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Provide training to clients on system operation and support product development with field insights.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Installation, Commissioning, and Integration of BESS

  • Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Distribution Systems
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues and Performing Root Cause Analysis for System Optimization
  • Maintaining Accurate Technical Documentation and Compliance with Safety Standards, Electrical Codes, and Local Regulations
  • Providing Training to Clients on System Operation and Supporting Product Development with Field Insights
  • Ensuring Smooth Project Implementation and System DeploymentRequirements
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
    • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Electrical Installation and Commissioning, Preferably in Energy Storage, Solar, or Generator Systems
    • Knowledge of Diesel Generators, Distribution Systems, Inverters, High-Voltage Equipment, and Energy Storage Safety Practices
    • Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting, and Communication Skills with Willingness to Travel for Project AssignmentsBenefits
