Chief Technology Strategist Position

This leadership role involves formulating and executing technology strategies that drive innovation and growth within the organization. As a seasoned architect, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technological vision of our enterprise.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Kubernetes, Kafka, and real-time analytics. This individual will be responsible for developing architectural frameworks, best practices, and system standards to ensure secure, resilient, and optimized designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Technology Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in technology architecture, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Architecture Governance & Standards: Develop and enforce architectural frameworks, best practices, and system standards to ensure secure, resilient, and optimized designs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive research and case studies on cutting-edge technologies to evaluate adoption opportunities.
  • System Design & Optimization: Propose enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and scalability of enterprise-grade systems.
  • IT Roadmap & Strategy: Collaborate with lead architects to develop the enterprise IT strategy.
  • Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to thought leadership pieces, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in enterprise technology.
  • 2-3 years in architecture/design of distributed cloud applications (Azure, GCP, Alicloud).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, cloud migration, application modernization, and modern web technologies.
