Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across platforms to implement toil reduction initiatives and improve operational processes.
  • Work with the central team to submit and validate initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Gather comprehensive application health check data for monitoring and observability, identifying gaps or issues that may impact data integrity and completeness.
  • Attend application performance-related meetings, tracking topics covered, action items, and decisions made to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports (ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Spearhead the Engagement team in conceptualizing and organizing activities and events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in the Financial / Banking IT industry.
  • Bachelor degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in operation processes and familiarity with SRE best practices.
  • Good understanding of Grafana and AppDynamics monitoring tool.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
  • Able to collaborate within a team, at various levels of stakeholders, from the operating level to the senior management.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take new challenges with an open mindset.
  • Creative, quick & systemic thinking with the willingness to try new things.
