Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting Hanel storage systems for problems, and ensuring they are in good working order.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage systems. You will also be responsible for setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely, and according to the manufacturer's specifications.

In addition, you will identify the root cause of technical problems, resolve issues, and prevent future incidents. You will provide guidance to users on how to operate Hanel storage systems, answer technical questions, and assist with software or hardware issues.

You will maintain records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for Hanel storage systems.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work safely.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
