Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Relations & Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for working with customers on their vehicle damage reports, investigating damages found on our vehicles, assessing the cost of repairs and following up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with customers on their vehicle damage reports.
  • Investigating damages found on our vehicles and assessing the cost of repairs.
  • Following up with customers.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
