We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager Leader to join our team at ASIA PACIFIC MANPOWER PTE. LTD.

They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

About the RoleThis role involves:
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program
- Managing the approved budget of the customer service department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
