About the Role

This dynamic position combines creativity, flair, and order fulfilment – ideal for someone meticulous, visually driven, and passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke balloon designs according to customer preferences and campaign themes.
  • Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons (including ribboning, tying, and weight preparation).
  • Ensure all balloon pieces are carefully packed and beautifully presented for delivery or collection.
  • Assist with product photography and styling setups for our online platform and social media channels.
  • Support fulfilment tasks: packing parcels, labelling, and preparing accessory items.
  • Collaborate with the styling and design team to ensure quality, timeliness, and visual consistency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to part-time team members during peak periods.
  • Occasionally assist with on-site installations or event setups as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduates (O-Level, A-Level, or Diploma) with strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.
