Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role within the Failure Analysis Team where you will be responsible for preparing transmission electron microscopy (TEM) samples using focused-ion beam/scanning electron microscopes for semiconductor failure analysis and characterization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical/electronics/mechatronics and microelectronics engineering principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and quality mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare TEM samples using Focused-ion beam/Scanning Electron Microscope for semiconductor failure analysis and characterization.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of new failure analysis techniques and technologies.
  • Provide timely support to urgent and critical Fab operation requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with FIB for TEM sample preparation is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge in the semiconductor field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, independent, and self-disciplined.
