As a communications specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's brand visibility and engagement. You will work closely with our service pillar to develop and implement integrated communication plans that support pillar objectives while aligning with our organisation's mission, values, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Annual Communication Campaigns
  • Provide support in presentations, sponsorships, and crisis communications, while building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop annual communications plans and budgets, monitor budget utilisation, and optimise available resources.
  • Explore funding schemes and secure sponsorship programmes, develop annual campaigns and signature programmes, and ensure successful delivery and sustainability.
Requirements
  • A bachelor degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in media and communications management is required.
  • Experience in community work or the non-profit/social service sector is an advantage.

This role requires strong writing and editing skills, a good eye for detail, and experience with social media platforms and basic digital tools. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic, mission-driven environment is crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think strategically, and have a passion for creating engaging content.
