Job Title: Animal Experience SpecialistMandai Wildlife Reserve is a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide proper husbandry, housing, care, feeding, training, enrichment, and presentation of the animals to achieve positive welfare.
    • Identify and report abnormalities, signs of health concerns, and behavioral issues in animals.
    • Complete daily recordkeeping forms for feeding, weights, behavior, training, and enrichment as required.
    • Report repairs and renovations as needed.
    • Develop high-quality animal presentations and interactive programs to promote conservation.
    • Participate in shows as presenter, handler, or backstage support.
    • Conduct training sessions with assigned animals and behaviors within completion timelines.
    • Contributed to discussions and helped design new animal behaviors, routines, and presentation ideas for shows and programs.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum education level N.
    • At least two years of experience in animal care, veterinary medicine, training, or shows preferred.
    • Good written and spoken communication skills.
    • Ability to present in front of crowds and work with animals.
    • Capacity to contribute to new concepts and ideas to improve presentations.
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
