Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Expert to oversee daily operations, monitor project performance, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The role entails chairing internal project reviews, establishing project frameworks, and liaising with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify potential construction problems and develop innovative solutions to overcome them.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as building or civil engineering.
  • At least five years of experience in the construction industry, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
