Structural Draftsman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills and experience working with CAD/BIM software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking structural drafting work, preparing high-quality drawings, and examining them to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Maintaining office and project filing systems, assisting in administration, and documenting projects are also key responsibilities of this role.

In addition, the Structural Draftsman will need to work closely with the project team to ensure updates and changes to drawings are implemented efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' drafting experience, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software, knowledge in BIM is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
