Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager, Business Process Analyst to join our team As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements across Finance and Procurement departments.

About the Role

  • You will act as a catalyst for digital transformation, bridging the gap between business users and IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance NTU's work processes.
  • With a focus on Finance and Procurement processes, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Ariba, and other automation tools to identify gaps, define user requirements, and document improved processes.
  • As a change enabler, you will critically assess current processes and system designs, proposing data-driven solutions that optimize resources and elevate customer experience.
  • You will partner closely with our Office of Finance, Finance Business Partners, and other NTU functions to drive the digitalization and process redesign journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and propose solutions that apply digital transformation technologies and process automation tools.
  • Develop functional specifications from business stakeholders' requirements, designing user acceptance tests to ensure successful implementations.
  • Execute ERP roadmaps to enable systems and work processes that support evolving business strategies and ERP upgrades/releases.
  • Manage queries and perform second-level support for functional or system issues in Finance and Procurement systems.
  • Perform data collation for operational issues, working with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure completeness of process and functional documentation as part of governance and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in project management or process improvement roles, supporting Finance and Procurement-related SaaS applications and/or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong functional knowledge in Finance and Procurement domains.
  • Good knowledge and skills in cloud platforms (e.g., SaaS products like SAP, Ariba) and automation tools.
  • Proficient in developing automated processes and/or analytics reports.
  • Experience in supporting audit fieldworks and requests will be advantageous.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this position is SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
