Job Description:

We are seeking an Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team at INS-SOLUTIONS AGENCY PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The Insurance Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of clients, building relationships with colleagues and clients, and providing administrative and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio
  • Build relationships with colleagues and clients & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them
  • Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products
  • Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings
  • Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum Local Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance, at least 2 years of related/relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills.

You should also have excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills, be independent, confident, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently, and able to work under pressure and in a team.
