RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their team as a Financial Reporting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on investment-linked policies (ILP) reporting and accounting.
Job Description- Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual ILP reporting, including MAS regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the semi-annual ILP fund reporting process, working closely with external auditors.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, MAS regulators, and internal stakeholders to address ILP-related inquiries and requests.
- Support the launch of new products or funds by providing ILP-specific requirements and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency within the ILP financial reporting function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on ILP reporting and accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards including MAS reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
