Job Title: Electrical Design Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding subordinates, planning and allocating jobs, and ensuring the effective implementation of design control functions.

This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, allocate, and assign jobs to subordinates and be accountable for project results.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise subordinates to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Check and approve design drawings and documents produced by subordinates.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and control of design control functions and quality systems.
  • Prepare material requisition lists for job requirements.
  • Plan and design electrical switchboards, consoles, and control panels according to customer requirements and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of DC-grid power systems and switchboards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills.
