Job Title: Billing Assistant

Description:

The role of a Billing Assistant involves handling various tasks related to generating and sending invoices, managing customer accounts, and processing payments. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure all billing information is up-to-date and correct.
  • Monitor and record incoming payments, following up on outstanding invoices as necessary.
  • Respond to billing inquiries from customers and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Enter and manage billing data in the accounting system efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in generating billing reports and summaries for management review.

Requirements:

  • A minimum O-level/N-level or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with billing software or tools is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.
