Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Manitowoc. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our financial systems, including HFM, Oracle consolidation software, and related compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Systems:

  • Perform administrative tasks in HFM, including data management, mapping, and loading.
  • Resolve mapping issues in FDM and ensure accurate data consolidation.
  • Load foreign exchange rates for HFM, SAP, and Lease Query.
  • Lock, unlock, consolidate, and perform data management tasks.
  • Support the FP&A team with planning and forecasting.
  • Assist the user group with data loading, consolidation, analysis, and reporting.

Consolidations:

  • Responsible for monthly intercompany balancing and reconciliation.
  • Accumulate and load order backlog data.
  • Review statistical data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with month-end topside journal entries.
  • Support business units with month-end close processes.
  • Assist with equity cleanup and data validation.

EPM Project:

  • Perform data validation and quality checks.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Provide end-user support and training.
  • Manage tasks and workflows.

EPM System Administration:

  • Set up and maintain navigation flows.
  • Adjust security and permissions for users and groups.
  • Maintain and write business rules.
  • Integrate data for mapping, process flows, and rules/logic for data loads.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metadata.
  • Create and adjust primary dashboards.
  • Maintain metadata consistency across the platform.
  • Add members to dimensions.
  • Design and set up dimensions.
  • Manage task automation and workflow setup.
  • Set up cube design and configuration.
  • Manage exception reporting.
  • Configure system settings and features.
  • Provide training and refreshers as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support Alteryx designer and SharePoint.
  • Improve support for the HFM/EPM user group.
  • Participate in Finance Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Three to five years of experience with HFM/Oracle consolidation software, consolidations, and related compliance tasks.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn more as needed.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and professional with excellent judgment.
  • Strong teambuilding and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectively.
  • Team and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Adaptable and able to navigate a complex global organization.

  • Willingness to handle new areas of responsibility.
  • Availability to travel (15-20%).
