Job Description

The Administrative Director is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of AMRA CATERING PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and experience managing day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.

  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and communicate effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial compliance.
  2. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and training to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and personnel management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Benefits

A competitive salary of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
