Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to take on a dual role, balancing sales and management responsibilities while acting as a consultant for clients. This unique blend of business development and hands-on consulting will enable you to make a direct impact on our growth and our clients' success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth in Singapore and the APAC region by developing sales strategies and securing new clients.
  • Act as a Sales Lead, leveraging existing relationships across regions to expand our client base, especially in Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Support the recruitment team in assembling high-performing project teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance, aligning deliverables with client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering professional growth.
  • Manage small to medium-sized teams and contribute to optimizing internal structures.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects in wealth management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead the integration of Avaloq and other core banking platforms, ensuring seamless operation across business units and regions.
  • Provide strategic advisory on technology and process optimization, driving impactful business outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across different geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 15+ years in IT consulting, with a strong focus on wealth management and digital transformation.
  • At least 10+ years of experience with Avaloq is essential. Expertise in Oracle SQL, and integration technologies such as SWIFT and FIX.
  • Proven experience in regional operations management and strategic business growth.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and client management.
