Job Description

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Head of Observability for Asia. You will be responsible for leading a specialist team of expert advisors, driving revenue growth, and developing go-to-market strategies that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing advisory team.
  • Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Direct sales activities, prioritize efforts, and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience building and leading specialist sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas personally and as a sales leader.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the monitoring space, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
