Job Overview

HAPPY TRAIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating with parents, and performing administrative tasks.

Estimated Salary: $10-$12 per hour

About the Role

  • We are looking for a part-time customer service executive who can work on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • You will be responsible for guiding parents through the registration process, answering phone enquiries, and maintaining student databases.
  • Additionally, you will assist teachers with materials preparation and coordinate with parents to ensure prompt follow-up on all enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Explain program details to parents and respond to telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Guide parents through the registration process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with parents to ensure prompt follow-up on all enquiries.
  • Maintain and update student databases.
  • Assist teachers with materials preparation (e.g., worksheets).
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the centre.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess good communication skills and a pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
  • Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • This is a part-time position.
