About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial assistance to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting regular financial reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the team to track actual expenses against budgeted amounts and identify potential discrepancies.
- Data Analysis: Support the analysis of financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Expense Tracking: Record and monitor company expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring seamless access to historical data.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a finance-related role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
