Director of Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that fosters the professional growth of educators and supports both cognitive and emotional development in young children.

This role requires a seasoned educator with experience in managing preschool centers, leading teams, and driving initiatives to strengthen the school's reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to foster teacher growth and development.
  • Guide the implementation of a research-informed, child-centered curriculum that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.

Requirements:

  • A degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing preschool centers.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.
