We are a dynamic company seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will act as both a Consultant and Relationship Manager, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and build strong, long-lasting relationships. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and increase client retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality services and deliverables from our delivery team.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify issues, concerns, or needs and address them timely and promptly.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
- Analyse business objectives, project milestones, and quality standards, ensuring alignment and meeting expectations.
- Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on maximizing the value of our products/services to meet their business needs.
- Develop and conduct User Requirement Workshops and User Training sessions, when necessary.
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Project Managing web-related projects will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the fast-paced IT industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Competitive salary: SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
