Senior Golf Coach Position

We are looking for an experienced golf coach to join our team at a prestigious indoor golf academy in Singapore's central business district. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality golf lessons, support customers, and maintain lesson records using Microsoft Excel and Word.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering personalized and group golf lessons, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of lesson progress and swing analysis.

  • Deliver one-on-one and group golf lessons tailored to individual needs and skill levels
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Record and analyze lesson progress using Excel or Word
  • Ensure timely commencement and conclusion of lessons
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and practice areas
  • Support customer onboarding and facility orientation as needed

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time: 5 days a week, 10am-9pm (with 2 days off - off days on weekdays)
  • Full-Time: 2-6pm will be your break hours
  • Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on availability (minimum commitment required)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (based on applicant's preference)

Benefits:

  • Competitive monthly salary starting from SGD 5500 (base salary) + performance incentives

Requirements:

  • Singaporean citizenship
  • Active membership with the Singapore Professional Golfers' Association (Singapore PGA)
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and excellent customer-service skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare lesson reports and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior indoor coaching experience is a plus (not required)
