We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and educational needs to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication administration.
- Certification: Valid Nursing Certificate (SNB) and Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in nursing or a related field.
