Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional hair cutting services to clients at assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality hair cutting services at the assigned outlet(s).
  • To maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • To be responsible for daily sales, staff uniform, appearance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To assist trainers in training matters, including new stylist orientation briefing, supervision, and training.
  • To maintain and supervise outlet's staff performance standards and recommend re-training if necessary.
  • To support Team Leaders and Area Managers on MC and urgent leave staff arrangements.
  • To handle customer complaints and prepare customer complaint reports to superiors.
  • To prepare new stylist performance evaluation reports.
  • To follow up on outlet maintenance matters.
  • To handle staff counseling when necessary.
  • To achieve outlet sales targets.
