We are seeking a skilled Wood Structure Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishing. Our expert craftsmen construct, install, and repair wooden structures for various industries.

The job requires working closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plywood, and other materials.
  • Constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks, partitions, doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures.
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying out formwork and shuttering for concrete works.
  • Inspecting and ensuring accuracy, alignment, and stability of structures.

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter in construction or related field.
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishing.
  • Ability to work with technical drawings and measurements.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and safe handling of tools and materials.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor/indoor environments.
