About the RoleThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing information and assistance with various banking services.
You will also be required to:
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and complaints
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No prior experience in call centres or financial services is required, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good analytical and numerical skills

Training Programme DetailsWe provide an initial 6-7 week training program, which includes:
- On-the-job training
- Role-play exercises
- Theory assessments on banking products and services
During this time, you will learn about our products and services, develop your skills and knowledge, and prepare for your new role.
Please note that minimum attendance requirements must be met to pass the training program.
