Housekeeping Attendant Role Summary


As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and common areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to the needs of our guests and Housekeeping Room Attendants, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
  • Clean and maintain pantries, front and back of house hallways, and other areas according to our high standards and procedures.
  • Report any damage to carpets and upholstery, taking prompt action to address any issues.
  • Ensure daily work assignments and floor reports are received, accurately completed, and returned on time.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stock floors with amenities, guaranteeing that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Inform management when hallway carpets require cleaning or repair, ensuring our facilities remain pristine.
  • Collect garbage from pantries and dispose of it in the main recycling area, minimizing waste and promoting sustainability.
  • Report any unusual or suspicious behavior of guests or staff, upholding the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards, presenting a professional image at all times.
  • Comply with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of ourselves and others.
  • Perform duties courteously, safely, and efficiently in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
