Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Service Crew to join our team at our cake shop.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare beverages and food for customers
  • Manage cash register transactions and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning equipment and facilities
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior to ensure seamless operations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • English and Chinese language proficiency an advantage

Shifts Requirements:

  • Two shifts available
