**About the Job**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Developer to join our team at REALTEK SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create automated test scenarios based on the test plan with its acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive automated test framework, including setting up test environments, preparing test data, and updating functional testing scripts in response to changing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the QC project leader to identify, propose, prioritize, and implement test automations.
  • Work with test engineers to troubleshoot observed issues, determine root causes, and identify solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and tools to enhance test strategy and efficiency.

**Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in Python scripting and C++ programming.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin (an advantage for assisting and communicating with speaking associates/clients).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
