Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Programme Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmes, working closely with residents, and collaborating with other social service agencies to deliver effective programme management.


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate programme activities to achieve set objectives;
  • Work collaboratively with residents, case workers, and managers to develop and implement individual care plans;
  • Source and sustain collaborations with social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners, and government agencies to enhance programme delivery;
  • Plan, develop, and implement group activities and program materials;
  • Monitor progress and report on achievement of resident care plan goals;

Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications;
  • 5-day workweek, including one weekend;
