Teaching Physics Opportunities

Overview:

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of educators, teaching physics to students in grades 11-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons and assess student progress.
  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum content.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related subject, such as physics, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Working Hours:

  • 44 hours per week.
  • Monday - Thursday: 11:30 am - 07:30 pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 09:30 am - 06:30 pm.
  • Lunch Break: 01:30 pm - 02:30 pm.

Overtime Policy:

  • Employees will be paid for any additional hour worked at 1.5 times their hourly basic rate of pay.

Leave Policy:

  • Annual leave: 18 days.
  • Birthday Leave: 1 day.
  • Family Care Leave: 2 days.
  • Medical leave: 14 days.
  • Hospitalisation Leave: 60 days.
  • Maternity leave: 16 weeks (for Singapore Citizens) or 8 weeks (for others).
  • Paternity leave: 2 weeks (if child is a Singapore Citizen) or as per mutual agreement between employee and employer.
  • Childcare Leave: 6 days (if child is less than 7 years and a Singapore Citizen) or 2 days (for others).
  • Compassionate Leave: 3 days (can be availed only once in a year).
