Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of various projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, coordinating project resources, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling project management, leading, and managing workers to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Review project plans and specifications, provide feedback on design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures, and identify potential construction problems.
  • Conduct regular technical/site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.
  • Assist in preparing project deficiency lists and monitoring projects towards timely completion according to schedule.
  • Perform risk management and enforce site safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiarity with Autocad software.
