AI Innovation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Innovation Lead to join our team in Singapore.

Job Description

As an AI Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced artificial intelligence and content generation technologies. You will research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve algorithm performance and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on ideating, developing, and comparing the performance of agent architectures to maximise model performance or case of use on agentic tasks.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and test advanced AIGC algorithms to generate compelling and high-quality content. You will also assist in the evaluation of model behaviours across judgement-based domains and provide recommendations for improvement.

Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing subtle prompting strategies and data pipelines, identifying and fixing edge case behaviours through testing of data generation pipelines. You will also implement data augmentation strategies and manage data pipelines to ensure high-quality data flow.

You will support the deployment of AI models into production environments, helping to ensure their scalability and reliability.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, AI or similar fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI/LLM software development.
  • Good to have experience working with Game Engines.
