Job Title: Export Control Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Export Control Specialist to join our Global Legal Compliance team. This role will be based in Singapore and will play a key part in advising and supporting export controls-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, improve, and maintain internal policies, internal control plans, procedures, guidelines, and other export compliance program tools tailored to specific operations and demands of our company.
  • Support global export compliance practices, including developing export compliance process automation tools.
  • Maintain competency in evolving export controls laws and regulations and strong working knowledge of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and relevant agency guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the relevant area of specialization or closely related field (e.g., international trade, law, compliance, public policy, or engineering).
  • Proven in-house export controls compliance experience in an MNC.
  • Experience with trade compliance program management.
