We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our Multimodal Interaction and World Model team. As a member of this innovative group, you will be responsible for exploring and researching cutting-edge technologies such as multimodal understanding, generative models, machine learning, reinforcement learning, AIGC, computer vision, artificial intelligence, and more.

  • Develop and optimize large-scale/ultra-large-scale multimodal understanding and generation interweaving systems, focusing on data construction, instruction fine-tuning, preference alignment, and model optimization.
  • Explore and break through the advanced capabilities of multimodal models and world models, including but not limited to multimodal RAG, visual COT, and agents.
  • Utilize pretraining, simulation, and other technologies to model various environments in virtual/real worlds, providing basic multimodal interactive exploration abilities and promoting application landing.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced research scientists and engineers, develop models that boast human-level multimodal understanding and interaction capabilities, and advance the exploration and development of multimodal assistant products.

This role is ideal for recent Ph.D. graduates or those with a strong background in computer science, engineering, or quantitative fields, with a focus on one or more fields such as computer vision, multimodal, AIGC, machine learning, rendering generation, and more.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to solve large model training and application problems independently, and good communication and collaboration skills.

In addition, preferred qualifications include a solid foundation in algorithms, machine learning, familiarity with CV, AIGC, NLP, RL, ML, and other related fields, experience with coding in languages such as C/C++ or Python, and published papers in top conferences/journals.
