The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess a basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop and clean floors in designated areas
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, glass door and windows
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
  • Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
  • Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days work week, 4 hours per day
  • Flexible working hours - between 9am to 6pm
  • Flexible working days - Monday to Sunday
