Enrolled Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to fill the role of an Enrolled Nurse in our dialysis centers. The successful candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, be able to work effectively within a team environment, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress notes, medication administration records, and laboratory results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree: Must hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse or enrolled nurse in the relevant state/territory.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
