We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Education Specialist CT Asia to join our team at Philips International.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training and education related to the installation and maintenance of Philips Computer Tomography (CT) systems. This includes providing effective and professional trainee experience in multiple learning environments, including virtual training, classroom training, and laboratory-based training.
We are looking for an individual with strong presentation skills who can deliver engaging learning events, whether in person or online. The ideal candidate will also be able to facilitate and encourage communication among trainees, create a safe and cohesive learning community, and contribute to the design, development, review, implementation, and evaluation of learning services and education courses.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Technical Science, Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or ICT, with subject matter expertise in CT or comparable industry experience. Didactical or training experience, as well as virtual classroom delivery, is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will work independently and be willing to travel up to 5% of the time. They will be part of the Global CT/AMI Training Academy team and report to the CT/AMI Campus Delivery Manager based in Best, Netherlands.
