This is a specialized role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. As Architectural Drawing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all architectural drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Acquire and manage project drawings throughout the lifecycle.">
  • Submit shop drawings for consultant approval and track responses.">
  • Ensure prompt clearance of drawing issues; amend and resubmit drawings when necessary.">
  • Maintain and update the master construction drawing register and ensure distribution of approved drawings.">
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors on design-related matters.">
  • Coordinate and resolve drawing queries via formal channels like RFIs, TQs, and CVIs.">
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate architectural finishing works with nominated subcontractors.">
  • Ensure all drawings conform to client requirements and statutory regulations.">
  • Coordinate construction drawings with structural steel, MEP, and other subcontractor shop drawings to avoid conflicts.">
  • Control the registration, issue, and distribution of drawing revisions to ensure up-to-date versions.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing architectural shop drawings in large-scale construction projects.">
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drawing software.">
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.">
  • Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, etc.).">
  • Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.">
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and coordination skills.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.">
