Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and success through strategic analysis and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex banking operations and systems, focusing on FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST functionalities to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Engage with various banking systems, including core banking, front-office, back-office, reporting, and regulatory systems to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop and document comprehensive business requirements as a Business Analyst and assess technical viability and design solutions as a System Analyst.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed diagrams and documentation that articulate business needs and proposed system changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Effectively manage responsibilities, including time, communication, task execution, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and responsibility to align with project goals and facilitate cross-functional cooperation.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, and critical decisions to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide insights on risks, progress, and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, with a strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, FAST, or GIRO payments, and Cross-border (XB) or MEPS payments.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, involving solution design specifications and technical evaluations.
  • Proficiency in developing business process flowcharts and system architecture diagrams, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with multiple domains listed above is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on international projects or within global teams.
